For the protection of all boarding cats, we require both FVRCP and Rabies vaccinations to be current. We highly recommend the Feline Leukemia (FeLV) vaccine as well. Boarders who are overdue or of unknown FVRCP and Rabies vaccination status will be automatically vaccinated prior to admission to boarding at the owner's expense ($59 per vaccine). The FVRCP vaccine protects against many, but not all upper respiratory viruses. Your cat may still be at limited risk to airborne viruses when boarding. If you cat hasn't been seen in over 6 months, a wellness exam may be required to update either of these vaccines ($98.00). *

I understand that boarding my cat increases the risk of respiratory infection. If my cat becomes infected with a respiratory issue while being boarded, Cat Care Clinic is not liable for medical bills incurred. *

In order to provide the best possible flea control, all cats found to have fleas will be required upon admission and at owners expense to receive Capstar and "Revolution Plus". *

The clinic reserves the right to administer veterinary care to any boarding cat, at the owner's expense, if the owner is unreachable, or it is deemed medically necessary. This includes behavioral medication if the cat is fearful or extremely, anxious, potentially putting our staff or themselves in danger. We will make our best attempt to contact you before medical care is administered. *

If the cat(s) is/are not claimed within 15 days of the scheduled pick-up date, and the owners has not informed the clinic of the extended stay and is unreachable, the boarder shall be deemed abandoned and decisions about the long term care of the cat(s) will be determined by Cat Care Clinic. *

Cat Care clinic is not an emergency facility, nor does it provide 24-hour monitoring of cats in our care. If you cat is experiencing a medical emergency, at Cat Care Clinic's veterinarian's recommendation, they may be transferred to the nearest, suitable facility. If we are unable to contact your emergency contact for transport, Cat Care Clinic will transport them for an additional $40 fee. *
